

Let Me Introduce Myself...
Hi! I'm Jennifer ~ though most people know me by a variety of nicknames: Jenn, JR, Rowles, JRo... With a common name like Jennifer, the possibilities are endless! But since starting My Personal Concierge, I’ve embraced a new title: The Chaos Destroyer.
Originally from London, Ontario, I packed up my life in 2006 ~ complete with my Dixie Chicks CDs, a massive desktop computer, and every scrapbooking supply known to man. After two days of driving (and plenty of Spitz sunflower seeds!), I arrived in Calgary, my home for 15 years. In August 2021, a new opportunity for my husband brought us to Sherwood Park in 2021... and that’s where we are now.
For most of my career, I was known as the HR rule-follower ~ the one who loved structure, clarity, and a good policy manual. But at 44, I reached a point where I wanted something more personal... something that was a reflection of who I was outside of the character I played in the corporate world. So, with the support of my husband, family, and community, I stepped into entrepreneurship. In February 2020 and My Personal Concierge was born!
The truth is... I’ve always been the helper. The one who steps in when things feel too heavy... the one people turn to when they don’t know where to start. I have this natural ability to see what’s not working and break it down into something that feels doable ~ whether that’s a cluttered space, a chaotic routine, or the never-ending mental load that so many women are carrying.
For years, I was the one doing all the things ~ at home, at work, behind the scenes. I was the fixer, the planner, the make-it-happen person. Now, I work with women instead of for them ~ helping them make the changes they’ve been craving but couldn’t quite get to on their own. Not by handing them a perfect plan... but by showing up beside them, step-by-step, with strategies that actually make sense for their real life.
That’s what My Personal Concierge is really about... creating space, structure, and support for women who are ready for things to feel less hard. Because you don’t need more pressure or more expectations... you just need the right kind of help, at the right time, in a way that feels human.

This isn’t about perfection or rigid routines... it’s about creating real, lasting change through small, doable shifts that actually work for your life.
I bring strategy, structure, and heart into the spaces where you feel stuck ~ offering practical tools, fresh perspective, and support that meets you where you are. Together, we replace overwhelm with clarity... disorganization with flow... and chaos with calm.
